Introduction ​

The NACH Direct Debit (DD) payment rail, operated by NPCI in India, enables automated recurring collections directly from counterparty bank accounts, by using a registered mandate.

Synthix Flow integrates with Digio (partner) for mandate management, allowing businesses to request mandates from their counterparties and completing the mandate creation process using Digio platform.

Helpdesk Ticket ​

Once the details are submitted, a helpdesk ticket is generated to configure the information on Digio and activate the associated products.
