My profile ​

The My Profile section is where you manage your identity and security settings. Including your personal details, 2FA Authentication preferences and business information.

Personal Details ​

First Name & Last Name ​

  1. Editable fields where users can update their first and last names.
  2. Each field has an edit icon (pencil) for making changes.

Role ​

  1. Displays the user’s assigned role (e.g., Administrator).
  2. This field is read-only and cannot be changed by the user.

Email ​

  1. Shows the registered email address.
  2. This field is read-only and cannot be edited directly.

Security Details ​

Mobile Number ​

  1. Displays the registered mobile number (partially masked for security).
  2. Change Mobile button allows updating the mobile number.

Password ​

  1. Change Password button enables users to update their login password.

Preferred MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Option ​

  1. Shows the current MFA method (e.g., EMAIL).
  2. Change MFA Option button allows switching to another MFA method.

Setup Authenticator App ​

  1. Provides an option to configure an authenticator app for enhanced security.

Details (Organization Information) ​

  1. Legal Entity Name: Displays the company name (e.g., ABC Corporate).
  2. Country: Shows the country of registration.
  3. Tax Identifier: Displays the tax ID (e.g., 09AAACT7409R1ZZ).
  4. Registration Date: Indicates when the entity was registered.
  5. Website: Shows the company’s website URL.
  6. Address: Displays the registered address of the entity.
