From the Synthix Flow dashboard you have an overview of all of your Payouts, Mandates and Direct Debits activity.

Date Range Selector ​

Use the date range selector to specify the period you want to focus on, the date selection is available for the current calendar year.

Payout summary Widget ​

View the statuses of all payout links created.

Transactions Widget ​

Monitor the status of all payment transactions processed. This includes both direct payments and those triggered from queued payout links, giving you full transparency across payment flows. Direct payments are initiated when the counterparty account details are in Synthix Flow, while as Payout link is created to capture the couterparty account details to process the payment.

Cancellations Widget ​

See why your payout links have been cancelled.

  1. Cancelled by user - Links which are cancelled by the client user of Synthix Flow.
  2. Cancelled by counterparty - Links which are cancelled by the counterparty of the client of Synthix Flow.
  3. Cancelled by system - Links which are cancelled by system, once the account verification retrial limit is exhausted.
