Setting up your Tenant ​

A tenant on Synthix Flow is managed by two nominated Primary Authorised Users, PAU 1 and PAU 2. Synthix Flow will ask you to nominate these during the onboarding process.

There are four steps to creating and authorising a new Synthix Flow account:

  1. PAU 1 accepts the invite to create the new account.
  2. PAU 1 verifies the business information, sets their password as well as their Two-factor authentication method (2FA), and accepts the usage policy.
  3. Synthix Flow will check your onboarding details, and once approved your tenant is live.
  4. PAU 2 then receives a welcome email, accepts the invitation, sets their password as well as their 2FA authentication method, and accepts the usage policy.

That’s it! You are now able to start connecting your bank accounts, inviting users and selecting your preferred payment methods via the platform.
